The minimum rental period, unless otherwise agreed, is two nights.<\/strong><\/p>

The booking conditions are:<\/p>

Booking and deposit<\/strong>: The client will pay the agreed amount as a deposit to the account number indicated.<\/p>

Booking cancellation conditions<\/strong>: If, once the booking has been confirmed and the deposit paid, the client decides to cancel it, the deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>

Payment of the stay<\/strong>: At the time of check-in, the client will pay in cash the total amount of the booking plus the amount of the tourist tax. It is also possible to make a bank transfer before arrival.Deposit:<\/strong> An amount will be requested as a deposit in response to possible damage to furniture and\/or utensils, facilities, and equipment in the house. The amount of this deposit will be returned, if it is verified that there is no damage or deterioration, within a maximum period of three days from departure. If damages occur, they will be assessed and deducted from the deposit. If they are higher, the client will pay the difference.<\/p>

Arrival<\/strong>: At the time of arrival, the client will present the documentation required for registration, in compliance with current regulations on traveler registration, and will pay the total amount of the stay, plus the amount of the tourist tax.<\/p>

Hours<\/strong>: Check-in and check-out times will be agreed upon. As a general rule, check-in and check-out will be at 5:00 PM. for weekends.<\/p>

Equipment<\/strong>: The house has heating, 2 televisions, a mini stereo, 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwave ovens, 1 electric oven, paella pan with burner, fans, hair dryer, bedding, towels, bath mats. Likewise, the kitchen is equipped with small appliances: toasters, juicers, mixers, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee makers, Italian coffee makers, kettle\u2026; also dishwasher tablets, dish soap, scouring pads, tablecloths and napkins.<\/p>

Supplies<\/strong>: Water, electricity and heating consumption are included in the total price of the stay, and therefore, the use of devices that alter the expected consumption is prohibited.<\/p>

To preserve the environment, we ask you to use water, electricity and heating rationally.
Firewood is free for initial use in the fireplace or barbecue.<\/p>

Cleaning:<\/strong> During your stay, cleaning is the responsibility of the clients. The client agrees to leave the accommodation in the best possible condition (tidy and presentable) at the end of their stay. In case of needing supplementary cleaning hours to the usual ones (15 hours), the amount of said hours will be deducted from the deposit at a rate of \u20ac15 per supplementary hour.<\/p>

Smokers:<\/strong> The bedrooms are smoke-free spaces. To maintain a clean and healthy environment, we recommend not smoking in the rest of the house. You can do it outside. Please be respectful and avoid throwing cigarette butts on the ground.<\/p>

Pets.<\/strong> The presence of pets in the house will be expressly agreed upon. If authorized, a supplement will be paid per animal and weekend.<\/p>

Loss or theft.<\/strong> The property is not responsible for the loss, disappearance or theft of any object, whether personal or not, nor of the client’s vehicles, which are in the house during the stay.<\/p>

Price rate:<\/strong> The house is advertised on various websites and rural tourism portals. The prices that prevail are those that we will send you at the time of formalizing the reservation.<\/p>

Noise:<\/strong> Although the house is quite isolated from the others, we ask you to take special care with the volume of the music after 11 p.m.<\/p>

OBSERVATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS<\/u><\/strong>: Keep in mind that you are staying in a rural house. The location of the house in the countryside means that it has a specific orography, so you will have to be careful of possible falls due to the existing unevenness.<\/p>

    2. There is no lifeguard.
    3. Children under 14 years of age cannot bathe alone, they must always be accompanied by an adult.
