Casa Lluert is located in Avià, just 2 km from the town and 6 km from Berga, the capital of Berguedà, and near the C-16 highway. Its central location in Catalonia makes it a strategic point for exploring the region, with cities such as Barcelona, Lleida, Girona, Andorra and the south of France less than 100 km away.
The house has two distinct spaces:
Main house with two floors
> Ground floor: Games room with ping-pong, table football and reading area.
> First floor: Four triple rooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven) with fireplace, a large dining room with capacity for 18 people, living room, and two terraces: one with chill-out area and another with barbecue and tables for meals on both.

La Casa Lluert, located next to the Ral de Cardona road, has a history that dates back to the mid-eighteenth century, when it was known as a hostel. At that time, the Lluert hostel was a resting point for travelers and merchants who traveled between Cardona and Berga
Over time, the house’s old function as a hostel was left behind until, at the end of the 20th century, the owners of Lluert, the couple formed by Pepeta and Ramon, decided to recover the welcoming spirit of the house. Pepeta, a woman with a lot of drive, and Ramon, a hardworking and constant man, transformed what had been their family residence into a rural tourism place. With effort and dedication, they adapted the spaces to offer visitors a stay full of comfort and authenticity, always maintaining the historical essence of the house.
Today, the Lluert rural house is much more than accommodation: it is a space where visitors can connect with the tranquility of a rural environment. Thus, Pepeta and Ramón gave new life to Lluert, making its welcoming spirit continue to live for future generations.
